This role will be accountable for the Health & Safety and general welfare of the staff; ensuring all company policies are adhered to; keeping the overall performance of all Warehouse and Fulfilment activities in line with KPI targets; developing staff and ensuring that manning levels are set to achieve customers’ demands.
South East England
Basic £70-80k (depending on experience) + £20k bonus + benefits
An innovative designer and manufacturer of corrugated packaging is looking for a senior manager to take the reins of the business’s operational function. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only join a rapidly growing company with strong green credentials, but also have the chance to progress to director level within the business and ultimately become a shareholder (please note however, this is not a requirement).
