Your role will involve the coaching and management of the sales and marketing teams. You will mainly be responsible for guiding and motivating the team to maximise KPIs. The ideal person for this role is someone with experience in the above, along with a pro-active and highly driven mindset. You will help to manage the team alongside the Head of Sales, and provide guidance on how to increase response and conversion rates while leading by example where needed.
