South East England
Our client is a Security Printing & Direct Mail specialist based in the South East
This role will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the client account including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect contractual obligations. You will be accountable for the development and operational management, ensuring operational support to clients is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently, as well as being responsible for the account’s retention, development, and compliance.

This role will be accountable for the Health & Safety and general welfare of the staff; ensuring all company policies are adhered to; keeping the overall performance of all Warehouse and Fulfilment activities in line with KPI targets; developing staff and ensuring that manning levels are set to achieve customers’ demands.
