Aim Search are partnered up with a fantastic Integrated Communications Agency in Manchester, due to growth they are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Project Manager / Account Manager who will have responsibility for managing and developing a number of client accounts, and contributing to the success and growth of the agency. You will be commutable to their lovely Manchester offices 3 days a week (Homebased Mon & Fri).

This role will be entirely responsible for the service delivery of key client accounts (direct mail, print and digital services). This will include being responsible for a high level of client communication, that issues are managed and resolved professionally, that clear audit trails for jobs are available, when requested, and have a proactive approach to ensure invoicing is carried out on a timely basis, ensuring all additional costs are captured and communicated in a timely manner.
