A market leader within the sector it operates is looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to be responsible for creating and maintaining quality standards for the site, ensuring employees and operational procedures meet these standards. This role will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within the organisation and developing strategies to improve them.

This multi faceted role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including the supervision of staff; scheduling of work; driving productivity; driving improvements in print finishing process; cost control of resources. We are looking for a task oriented individual able to operate finishing equipment as well as managing a team.
