The main functions of this Technical Field Service Specialist position include the Coordination of Support for In Plant teams, Team Training & Development and Performance Management. We are looking for candidates who have experience with Solvent based Flexo or Gravure ink application and the ability to travel between customer sites. You will be the go to person when problems need fixing, repairs need making, equipment needs installing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
West Midlands Covering UK

Equal consideration will be given to candidates from the either the Paper or Flexible Film or Self Adhesive / Labelstock or Tapes sectors – this can include backgrounds that include experience of selling Coated Products. The key for this client facing role if finding someone with exemplary communication and negotiation skills with the capacity to build successful, long-term relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
North Essex (Hybrid working available after probation)

Due to a series of business wins and exponential growth, our rapidly growing client are looking for experienced Senior / Account Managers for their new offices in North Essex. You will manage the day to day running of projects in conjunction with the other members of the client services team members. As the Account Manager you will liaise with regulatory, quality, sales, production and finance teams, managing all the daily requirements of account management.
