Account Director | Print Management | Surrey (Hybrid) | £negotiable

This exciting, fast moving and dynamic organisation has a superb opportunity for an Account Director or very experienced Senior Account Manager looking for a step up, If delivering exceptional customer service is what you do best then this Account Director opportunity is made for you.

As the Account Director you'll deliver exceptional service levels through the supply of print related products to allocated customer accounts.  You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship with customers delivering quality print related products and services within the required time-frames. You will manage all requests from initial enquiry through to product delivery and after sales services. You will manage the performance of a team of Account Managers to ensure adherence to company policies and processes. As a team you will provide strategic support across a mix of print media. This is a hands on Account Director role so if you enjoy getting stuck into a project as well as the strategic element of an AD role then you will love this opportunity.


About the successful Account Director:

  • Essential for this Account Director role is previous Team management experience within Print / Print Management / Direct Mail / POS with excellent all round print, project & strong campaign management.
  • You must carry gravitas with the ability to quickly strengthen and develop relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • You will be a strong leader and a people person with, able to delegate well, communicate clearly, lead by example and develop your team.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
