Print Account Manager | Print Management | Homebased with travel to Nottingham 1 day a week | £negotiable

Our Client is a dynamic organisation with an established team and low staff turnover, due to a number of new contract wins they're looking for an couple of experienced Account Manager / Project Manager with a solid Print production knowledge.  As the Account Manager, you will be based from home however, you must be willing to travel to client offices based in Nottingham 1 day a week.

Responsibilities for this Account Manager role...
• Oversee and facilitate procurement, production, shipping, and billing for the client’s jobs and projects; be a vital link between the client, production, and suppliers to ensure all terms of the contract and engagement are delivered flawlessly.
• Build successful partnerships with the client business leads and key decision makers to increase and expand revenue opportunities by identifying production solutions and evaluating current spend.
• Proactively negotiate with new and existing suppliers to drive down costs and deliver process efficiencies for the client. Continually improve margin and profitability on all jobs.
• Prepare and oversee the status of all client jobs and/or projects, confirm that all jobs are delivered on-time, and expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Skills needed for this Account Manager / Project Manager role...
• Must have solid print knowledge (digital, litho, etc)
• Previous experience working with a Print manufacturer or Print Management business
• Direct client interfacing experience.
• Experience working with suppliers and vendors to negotiate job costs and schedules.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, prioritisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and oversee operational functions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior level professionals.
• Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel.
• Commutable to Nottingham 1 day a week
