Client Relationship Director - Print Management | Homebased | £competitive salary + Car + Commission + Bonus

Aim Search are partnered with an excellent Print Management and marketing services provider, who have an exciting opportunity available for a Client Relationship Director / Client Account Director, to organically grow business from all accounts within the business. This Client Relationship Director role is to maximise revenue and ensure Account profitability, ensuring client relationships are strengthened and service lines are managed effectively to deliver benefit.

As the Client Relationship Director you will be the point of escalation for client queries, taking responsibility for the performance of all service delivery so that clients expectations are exceeded, working with (but not responsible for) a team of Account Managers and Account Executives ensuring projects are administered correctly.

About the successful Client Relationship Director:

• Strong and proven experience developing multiple accounts 
• Strong Business development / Commercial acumen to maximise growth 
• Strong Print Management experience advantageous
• Excellent knowledge within marketing services – printed, digital and creative  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
