Account Manager | Direct Mail | Home Based/Remote | £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for direct mail and campaign delivery? We’re working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking agency that's on the lookout for a driven individual to manage key client relationships and lead impactful marketing campaigns.

This is a home-based role offering flexibility and autonomy, perfect for someone with a background in data-driven direct marketing and a keen eye for detail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and delivering direct mail campaigns from brief to completion
  • Acting as the main point of contact for a major charity client
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Translating client goals into clear, actionable plans and overseeing campaign execution
  • Handling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in Account Management within the Direct Mail or Print sector
  • Proven ability to manage complex marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of data-led campaign strategies
  • Comfortable liaising with creative, technical, and operational teams
  • Knowledge of postal services and DSA providers is a big plus
  • Background in print management or agency environment is desirable
