Marketing Activation Executive | Homebased (travel to client meetings when needed) | £depending on experience

We have an urgent and excellent Marketing Activation opportunity to join a rapidly growing Retail Design Agency on an initial maternity cover.  The Marketing Activation Executive plays a key coordination role supporting the Marketing Activations Managers, whilst working proactively you will be running marketing, financial and administrative tasks simultaneously to successfully implement the Brand and Marketing activities for a well known account. The scope of your work will support key sectors for the client which include, Independent Workshops, Franchise Workshops, Retail and many more.

Marketing Activation Executive job duties:
• Managing high-quality Marketing accountancy practices and working procedures, coupled with financial stability and budgetary foresight.
• Exceptional bookkeeping, problem-solving and analytical skills would be utilised to manage the Marketing financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings, trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
• Plans and coordinates all scales of events including sales meeting, trade shows and conferences.
• Management of merchandise and customer consumable stock items. Stock ordering, stock replenishment, inventory location management, sales order processes and queries.
• Implements marketing and advertising print and digital campaigns by assembling and analysing data forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.

• Completer-Finisher, tenacious at following things through to completion
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Initiative to suggest improvements.
• Exemplary computer skills and highly proficient in excel, word and outlook.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
