We have a fantastic, unique Senior Account Manager / POS Procurement opportunity to work within a European POS Team on an exciting global account based in Manchester.

A Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex customer-facing projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of products and services with a specific focus on customer satisfaction acting as a guardian for one of the world’s best known brands.

As such, the Senior Account Manager are accountable for the quality, timings, brand projection and margin generated both on the work areas they handle and as part of Account Team as a whole. The Senior Account Manager will deliver defined projects and liaise with designated stakeholders within a particular Account(s) or area(s) of operation (category). The Senior Account Manager will aid the Account Director in service delivery, strategic projects, improving margin and revenue, driving cost savings and team leadership.

About the successful Senior Account Manager:

• Good working understanding of all forms of print.
• Great experience sourcing and delivering POS campaign.
• Demonstrable experience working within a print environment and a good understanding of the production process.
• Self-motivated with a flexible attitude and able work to alone or part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook and utilize MI systems.
• A strategic pro-active approach to problem solving.
