Senior / Account Manager | Print & POS | 3 days in offices (2 days Surbiton, Surrey & 1 day Cheshunt, Herts) 2 days homebased | £38,000 - £45,000

Our fantastic client are looking for an experienced Print & POS Account Manager / Project Manager to help provide in-store point of sale (POS) solutions to a leading retailer. As the Account Manager you will be working with the marketing procurement team to develop innovative and cost-effective POS solutions that amplify the weekly offers and product ranges.

A bit about the Account Manager opportunity:
• Project manage jobs from start to finish, paying attention to detail and being mindful of client requirements
• Take briefs from Account Director or client and ensure that all relevant information is captured.
• Manage client expectations and aim to deliver exceptional service.
• Build and develop excellent relationships with client stakeholders
• Plan and brief projects as requested by the client or AD taking full responsibility for service delivery.
• Attend client briefing meetings as and when required, offering advice and support.
• Spend time at client sites reviewing campaign execution, identifying ideas for improvements.
• Attend installations at client sites where needed.

About the successful Senior / Account Manager:
• Print & production knowledge (Essential)
• Project management, / Account Management experience
• Solid POS / Large Format knowledge 
• Happy to travel to client sites in Surbiton and Cheshunt during the week
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in business / project reporting.
• Good IT literacy
